We may modify or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
We are not liable for any loss or damage due to service interuptions or changes.

We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobVerge.co.za, its directors, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR in the Eu, CCPA in the US).
Legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate court within South Africa unless stated otherwise by applicable law.
